Can a generator run on field gas from our wellsite?

Yes. Our natural gas and dual-fuel packages can be configured to run on produced field or wellhead gas, subject to gas quality and pressure. This removes diesel haulage from the operation and puts gas you're already producing to work. We'll review your gas analysis as part of sizing.

What size generator does a wellsite need?

It depends on the connected load — pumpjack motors, heaters, instrumentation, and controls. Most single wellsites fall in the 20–150 kW range, while batteries, compressor stations, and facilities run considerably higher. We complete a load analysis before recommending a package.

Do you rent or sell?

Both. Short-term rentals suit drilling, completions, and turnarounds; long-term rentals and purchases usually make more sense for continuous production. We'll walk through the economics with you.

How quickly can you get power to a remote site?

Rental units can typically be mobilised quickly from our Alberta branches, with crews staged across the oilfield corridor. Timing depends on unit availability, site access, and road conditions.

Will it start in extreme cold?

Our packages are specified for Alberta winters, with cold-weather options including block heaters and speed-control fans, in all-weather enclosures.
